Viewing, Printing, & Exporting Commission Reports
Chapter 16 Calculating & Reporting Commissions
To print the commission report, chart or graph, perform the following steps:
a. Select the Printer check box.
b. Select a printer from the drop-down menu.
The Report Viewer window opens and displays a preview of the report, chart,
or graph.
c. Click the Print icon.
d. Close the Report Viewer window when finished.
To export the commission details to a CSV file, perform the following steps:
a. Select the CSV File check box.
b. Type a new location in the Folder text box to change the destination for
the file, as needed.
c. Type a new file name in the File Name text box, as needed.
d. Click Print Report.
The Export Complete dialog box opens to confirm that the report was
created successfully.
e. Click OK.
f. Click View File to open the commission export file.
Note
You must have a spreadsheet program, like Microsoft Excel,
installed on your computer to view the CSV file in a tabular format.
