Setting up <strong><strong>Office</strong>Mate</strong><br />

Chapter 1 Getting Started<br />

Maintaining Add-In Programs<br />

Add-ins are programs that you can add to the <strong><strong>Office</strong>Mate</strong> main window toolbar and<br />

quickly and easily open while you are using <strong><strong>Office</strong>Mate</strong>. <strong><strong>Office</strong>Mate</strong> is installed with<br />

the Windows Calculator, Explorer, and Wordpad add-in programs already set up. To<br />

add, delete, or modify add-in programs, follow the instructions below:<br />

From the <strong><strong>Office</strong>Mate</strong> <strong>Home</strong> <strong>Office</strong> main window, click Setup, and select<br />

Add-Ins.<br />

The Maintain Add-Ins window opens.<br />

Type a new program name in a blank row in the Program Name column.<br />

OR<br />

Place your cursor in a program name in the Program Name column and edit<br />

it or click Delete Line to delete the program from the <strong><strong>Office</strong>Mate</strong> main<br />

window toolbar Add-Ins menu.<br />

Type the new program’s path and executable (exe) file in the Program Path<br />

and Program Executable Name (EXE) column.<br />

OR<br />

Click Browse, navigate to the program’s executable file, and click Open.<br />

Note<br />

You can only add new add-in programs that exist on your<br />

computer’s hard drive.<br />

Click Print to print a the Maintain Add-Ins Program window.<br />

Click OK.<br />

From the <strong><strong>Office</strong>Mate</strong> main window, click Add-Ins, and select the add-in<br />

program to open it.<br />
