Setting Up the General Ledger Interface
Chapter 14 Using the General Ledger Interface
From the General Ledger Interface Transaction Components check
boxes, select the check boxes that correspond to the information you want to
export from OfficeMate. to your accounting system.
Click OK when you are finished.

Continue setting up general ledger accounts. For information about setting up
general ledger accounts, go to To set up General Ledger accounts for MAS
90/MAS 200 on page 696 or To set up General Ledger accounts for
QuickBooks on page 699.
To set up General Ledger accounts for MAS 90/MAS 200
Note
Prior to setting up general ledger accounts, ensure that you have set
up the basic general ledger settings. For more information about
general ledger settings, go to To set up basic General Ledger
settings on page 693.
From the OfficeMate Home Office main window, click Setup and select
General Ledger Setup.
Click the Account Setup tab.
Select Rigid Account Number Structure from the Account Number
Structure drop-down menu.
Note
You must select Rigid Account Number Structure if you are using
MAS 90/MAS 200.
