Getting Member Eligibility & VSP Authorization
To obtain VSP member eligibility information
Note
Eyefinity/OfficeMate recommends obtaining eligibility information for
VSP members before obtaining authorizations.
On the VSP member’s Patient Demographic window (Insurance tab), click the
VSP button and select Eligibility to view or print the VSP member’s eligibility
information; or, in the Appointment Details window, click the VSP button,
select Eligibility, and click OK. If a security message appears at the top of the
window, click on it, select Allow Blocked Content, and click Yes on the
Security Warning window to run the active content.
