To create and print custom appointment reports<br />

Open the Patient and Insurance Aging Reports window. For more information,<br />

on opening the window go to To open the Custom Reports window on page<br />

525.<br />

Select Appointment Reports from the Report Name list.<br />

Click Open.<br />

The Appointment Scheduler Reports window opens.<br />

To open previously saved report settings, go to To load saved custom report<br />

settings on page 528, and then skip to step 14<br />

Select a report from the Report Type drop-down menu.<br />

Appointments Scheduled with Insurance. Lists the insured patients who have<br />

appointments during the given time period. The report list the patients, the<br />

insurance carrier, guarantor, birth date, insured ID number, policy group<br />

number, and relationship to the insured.<br />

Select the level of detail that you want to display in the report from the Report<br />

Detail drop-down menu.<br />

Select a date range from which to calculate commissions:<br />

Select a range from the Span drop down menu and use the left and right<br />

arrows to advance the time period.<br />

OR<br />

Enter beginning and ending dates in the date range fields.<br />

Refine the report results by selecting the report options, as needed:<br />

a. Click the Report Options tab.<br />

b. Select the Select Only Patients with Insurance Requiring<br />

Eligibility check box to list patients whose insurance plan requires<br />
