Chapter 12 Setting Up & Using the VSP Interface
Getting Member Eligibility & VSP Authorization
To view member information in the Patient Demographic window
You can quickly view eligibility and doctor and packing slips that you have received
from Eyefinity on the VSP History tab in the Patient Demographic window.
Open the VSP member’s Patient Demographic window in OfficeMate. For
more information on opening the Patient Demographic window, go to Opening
Patient Records on page 169.
Click the VSP History tab.
To view an electronic VSP document, double-click on the document or select
the document and click View.
To print a list of the patient’s electronic VSP documents, click Print List.
Click OK to close the Patient Demographic window.
To view eligibility, and doctor and packing slips
You can quickly view eligibility and doctor and packing slips that you have received
from Eyefinity on the VSP History tab in the Patient Demographic window.
Open the VSP member’s Patient Demographic window in OfficeMate. For
