� Kao, Kao <strong>and</strong> Kao (1997) found the LBDQXII to be a reliable <strong>and</strong> valid instrument<br />

in comparing leader behaviours between Taiwanese executives <strong>and</strong> Shanghai area<br />

subsidiary employees.<br />

� Harrell (2001) found the LBDQXII measures to be correlated in the 0.7+ range with<br />

Cross-Cultural Research with the LBDQXII<br />
