Purpose

desired goals and available resources.
When to use
This method can be used by an individual or group when presented with
many opportunities where it is difficult to decide what to do first.
How to use
1 Write down all your goals in the situation under review.
2 Rank the importance (to satisfy the customer) of each goal, and rate
your ability to complete them.
