Considering a buffer of 100 m (affection band) a total number of 244 properties would be affected for the
railway line implementation.
• Road
Using the same methodology, all the properties in the vicinity of the road alignment were identified and located
into a shp file. The shape file was intersected with the 10 m road alignment, considering in this case a band of
affection (buffer) of 50 m
