Book Essay 30 You will write a 2-3 page essay reviewing The Five Temptations of a<br />
CEO. This essay will evaluate the concepts in the book and their<br />
applicability to platoon level leadership.<br />
Battle Analysis (Written) 50 This is the written product of your BA, which will be 5-7 pages in length.<br />

Leadership Interview 50 You will research, identify and select a current Company or Field Grade<br />
Officer to conduct a personal interview assessing his/her leadership styles,<br />
challenges, lessons learned and meaningful experiences from which you<br />
can draw on in your own leadership development<br />
Leadership Journal 20 You will maintain a Leadership Journal to reflect upon and track your<br />
personal growth and progress in leadership development experiences<br />
throughout the semester and your emerging leadership philosophy, and<br />
submit 4 posts on assigned topics with the final consisting of your personal<br />
