develop a framework and set of<br />
recommendations for campus-wide<br />
leadership initiatives for the<br />
Chancellor and his cabinet<br />
1. Continued a joint venture with local<br />
manufacturing corporation Universal<br />
Electronics and their subsidiary<br />
company IR Tactical to field test<br />
their IR tactical equipment. In 2013-<br />
14 we utilized 170 of their systems to<br />
support our 4-day home station field<br />
training exercise on Whitewater’s<br />
campus. Additionally we utilized<br />
their systems in support of our Spring<br />
Super Lab to create realistic<br />
conditions for Cadets during their<br />
patrolling operations. Our program<br />
was the first to incorporate the IR M4<br />
system into realistic local training.<br />
2. We expanded our partnership with IR<br />
Tactical via utilization of their brand<br />
new iCOMBAT laser tag facility<br />
which was created to mimic the<br />
streets of Baghdad. We utilized this<br />
new facility to conduct missions in<br />
urban terrain (MOUT) training for<br />
our Cadets. The facility is state of<br />
the art which includes the ability to<br />
manipulate sound, weather, sight,<br />
and sensory information, all utilized<br />
to create non-standard asymmetric<br />
conditions to challenge our Cadets in<br />
their ability to adapt to increasingly
