Local Epidemics<br />

Use <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> most drugs changes very little from <strong>on</strong>e year to the next or from <strong>on</strong>e<br />

age cohort to the next. There are changes in drug use over time and across<br />

age cohorts, but differences are small and relatively c<strong>on</strong>sistent even within a<br />

single school. <str<strong>on</strong>g>Inhalant</str<strong>on</strong>g> use, however, seems to be more variable than the use<br />
