Bekircan and Bektas 260 reported preparation of Schiff base of substituted isatins and substituted 4-amino-4, 5-dihydro-1H-1, 2, 4-triazole-5ones which afterwards underwent Mannich reaction using piperidine and formaldehyde to give title compounds.
