Cand polit. Har I snart 25 år beskæftiget sig med energispørgsmål – først i Energistyrelsen og siden i
Dansk Energi (tidligere Danske Elværkers Forening). Har arbejdet med deregulering/liberalisering af
energisektoren siden de første initiativer fra EU Kommissionen i 1988. Arbejder i dag primært med
internationale energipolitiske spørgsmål – særligt EU-systemets energipolitiske initiativer. En betydelig
del af arbejdet finder sted i EU elselskabernes brancheorganisation EURELECTRIC. Er formand
for EURELECTRICs arbejdsgruppe om energipolitik.
