also declare interim distributions on the same basis.
Annual distributions (if declared) will be declared and
paid on or before 30 June in each year.
11. Currency of the Sub-Fund
The Base Currency of the Sub-Fund is US Dollars.
12. Material Contracts
(i) Investment Management Agreement dated 4
March, 2005, between the Manager and Pine-
Bridge Investments LLC, as amended by a side
letter dated 13 December, 2005, and a Supplemental
Investment Management Agreement
dated 7 April, 2010, pursuant to which the latter
was appointed as an investment manager to the
Sub-Fund. This agreement may be terminated
by either party on 90 days written notice.
(ii) Investment Management Agreement dated 4
March, 2005, between the Manager and Pine-
Bridge Investments Europe Ltd., as amended by
a side letter dated 13 December, 2005, and a
Supplemental Investment Management Agreement
dated 7 April, 2010, pursuant to which the
latter was appointed as an investment manager
to the Sub-Fund. This agreement may be terminated
by either party on 90 days written notice.
