3.6 AT+ILRR Set TE-TA local rate reporting
The command AT+ILRR controls whether or not the intermediate result code
"+ILRR" is transmitted from the DCE to the DTE.

Intermediate Result Code
+ILRR:
Indicates port rate setting on connection.
Command Description
The write command determines whether or not an intermediate result
code of local rate is reported at connection setup. The rate is reported
before the final result code of the connection is transmitted to the TE.

1 Enables reporting of local port rate
