d. One (1) freestanding Critter Puzzle Panel. Refer to Illustration 2-2 Exhibit E. <strong>for</strong><br />
layout in<strong>for</strong>mation.<br />
e. Surfacing under playground equipment shall be Engineered Wood Fiber material.<br />
This area is called the fall or use zone and shall be bordered by an earth berm in<br />
most areas. Exceptions to the berm would be sidewalks, fences, or buildings that<br />
can provide the function <strong>of</strong> a border. No curbing, edging, or manufactured plastic<br />
edging is used. Reference Illustration 2-2 Exhibit C, <strong>for</strong> Berm detail and Illustration<br />
2-2 Exhibit D <strong>for</strong> sidewalk detail.<br />
f. At least one concrete pathway, (sidewalk), accessible route leading to the play<br />
area. Provide wheelchair accessibility from the sidewalk into the Engineered Wood<br />
Fiber area. Refer to ramp detail Illustration 2-2 Exhibit H-1 and H-2 as applicable.<br />
g. A drainage system will be installed, per the drawings. Reference Illustration 2-2<br />
Exhibit F and Illustration 2-2 Exhibit G <strong>for</strong> typical details as appropriate.<br />
