2. Space will be shared between (2) General Classrooms and<br />

should be located adjacent to and accessible from the Instructional<br />

Area. When combined, each Restroom will total 110 asf<br />

to accommodate the required number <strong>of</strong> fixtures (toilets and<br />

sinks) between both classrooms <strong>for</strong> 40 students.<br />

6. Convenience duplex GFCI power outlets shall be provided<br />

along the perimeter walls at regular intervals, in accordance<br />

with Code. When locating power outlets, pay special attention<br />

to the possible location <strong>of</strong> equipment.<br />

7. Cabinets shall be installed with either key lock or child-safety<br />

latches to prevent children access to materials within cabinets.<br />

If keyed, all cabinets shall be keyed with the same lock.<br />

8. This space does not require natural light.<br />
