(Same as ENMG 4130, Change Management). Prerequisite: MANG<br />

3401 or MANG 4400. This course is designed to provide techniques<br />

and principles concerning how to introduce change into organizations.<br />

Emphasis will be on the three phases <strong>of</strong> change; initiating<br />

change, implementing change, and institutionalizing change.<br />

Means <strong>of</strong> applying change principles will be developed through the<br />

MANG 4446 International Management<br />

3 cr.<br />

Prerequisite: MANG 3401. May not receive credit for both MANG<br />

4446 and MANG 6446. Primary attention <strong>of</strong> this course will be<br />

focused on the comparative study <strong>of</strong> the practice <strong>of</strong> management<br />

in selected countries under different environmental conditions.<br />

The economic, legal, political, social, and cultural differences and<br />

the effects <strong>of</strong> these differences upon business objectives, plans,<br />

Prerequisite: MANG 3778. A student may not receive graduate credit<br />

for both MANG 4453 and 6453. Planning and decision tools for managing<br />

business models including those for virtual organizations, electronic<br />

payment schemes, security, and promotion are discussed.<br />

3 cr.<br />

Prerequisite: MANG 4730 or consent <strong>of</strong> the instructor. Students may<br />

not receive graduate credit for both MANG 4735 and 6735. Deals<br />

with roles and impacts <strong>of</strong> information systems in an organization,<br />

and the proper planning, scope, documentation, change control,<br />

quality, and risk management for I/S development projects. The<br />

course addresses the SEI CMM, s<strong>of</strong>tware development lifecycle models,<br />

configuration management, quality assurance, metrics, size/<br />

cost/schedule estimating, and continuous improvement.<br />

basic components <strong>of</strong> human resource management strategies, the<br />
