Recycling Time Test ProcedureStepAction1 Cycle the switch machines several times from the Local Control Panel (LCP)before testing, leaving the machines to be tested in reverse position. Referto your Local Control Panel manual for information on the procedures forchanging the switch positions.2 Call each switch machine, one at a time, to the normal position. Within 5seconds of indicating the switch is moving, the Indicators on the local controlpanel should be:N (Normal) - PositiveR (Reverse) - Negative3 Call each switch machine, one at a time, to the reverse (R) position andbegin timing. Within 5 seconds of indicating the switch is moving, theindicators for positions should be:N (Normal) - NegativeR (Reverse) - Positive4 Again, call each switch machine, one at a time, to the normal (N) positionand begin timing.
