When removing or replacingmotor, be sure to use two people to lift the motor.Lift the motor complete (18) away from the switch machine frame.Continue to Step 22 for Models 5E and 5G; skip to Step 23 for Models 5Fand 5H.22 For Models 5E and 5GLoosen and remove the two remaining hex head nuts that secure the frameto the base.Remove the gear frame straight up.CAUTIONThe main gear may drop free when the hex HEAD nut isremoved from the bearing stud. To avoid damage, support themain gear while removing the hex head nut.Remove the hex head nut from the bearing stud. A bent lock washeraccompanies the hex head nut.
