Refer to Table 6–7 for thereplacement procedure.WARNINGREPLACE THE LOCK ROD WEAR PLATES BEFORE 3/16INCH IS OBTAINED BETWEEN THE TOP OF THE LOCKROD CLIPS AND THE BLOCKING EXTENSION ON THEYOKE, OR FAILSAFE OPERATION WILL BE JEOPARDIZED.10 Crank the machine to place the lock rod clips under the yoke extension andmeasure the distance between points A and B. Replace the lock rod wearplates if the distance is 3/16 inch or greater. Refer to Table6–7 for the replacement procedure.11 Remove the hand crank from the clutch shaft and reset the cutout contactby moving the blocking plate to the normal position.Re-install all covers and padlocks.Reset the crank mechanism cutout switch by moving the blocking plate tothe normal position.Re-install the fuses removed in Step 1 and restore the machine to service.P1293, Rev.
