Remove terminal post complete (33).5 Remove the three H-shaped contact fingers (19) by removing the twoscrews (21) and their washers holding each contact finger to the rockerblock.6 Remove the two retaining screws (22 and 23) and their washers holding thefinger complete (27) assembly to the contact block on the motor control andshunt contacts. Remove the movable contact.7 Remove the two screws (21) and their washers holding the arm complete(29) to rocker block. Remove the arm.8 Remove the screws (2) and washers (3) holding the block (1) (insulator) toframe and remove the block.NOTEAfter installing the contact, the contact gap and pressure mustbe adjusted. Perform the adjustment procedure located inTable 6–47, Mechanical Test Procedure, Steps 7-17.9 Install the block (1) (insulator) to frame and secure with screws (2) andwashers (3).10 Install the arm complete (29) to rocker block securing with screws (21) andtheir washers.11 Install the moveable contact on the motor control and shunt contact andthen install the finger complete (27) assembly to the contact block bytightening the screws (22 and 23) and their washers.12 Install the three H-shaped contact fingers (19). Tighten the two screws (21)and their washers to the rocker block for each finger.13 Install the terminal post complete (33) onto terminal block (1). Tighten thescrew (16) and washer (17).P1293, Rev.
