The story is found in Matthew 19:16-21.Jesus answered the rich man, and said, “…if you wilt enter intolife, keep the commandments…” (Matthew 19:17). The richman said that he had done this. Now what? Jesus then told him,“…If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and giveto the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven…” (Verse21).
