Finally, Jesus warns that yourhand should stop its action or else your whole body will go intohell (Matthew 5:30). This implies what you do by human effort.The sooner a person repents or puts the carnal mind or heart todeath, the sooner the torment of the fire will end.What Is The Torment?The True Gospel “teachings” will be tested in the fire. It willnot burn (I Corinthians 3). False teaching is compared to thewood, hay and stubble. Since your bodies (soma) and flesh (sarx)cause the human tendency which is weakness to sin, you, too, willburn very rapidly - just as the wood, hay or stubble. However,your body does not burn forever in The Lake of Fire. In fact,your body will burn up – to become ashes “under the feet” VERYQUICKLY.
