How does a Christian become perfect? You become perfectby God writing His Law in your heart and mind, by havingChrist “In You.”That is the subject of Hebrews 7. Hebrews 7:11 states perfection(not tithing), came by a different Priesthood - Melchizedek. Jesuswas a High Priest after The Order of Melchizedek.
