flight-or-fight mode.
When they take flight,
they’ll often seek the
nearest dark space,
which can be inside
your pants and up
your leg. They’ll
quickly slither as high as
they can go, usually
reaching the crotch area
within seconds.

trapped, they may panic further and start to bite at any warm piece of you
within reach.
