Advanced Standing<br />

Advanced standing of two years full-time or its equivalent part-time will be granted to students entering the<br />

course who have completed the equivalent of two years of full-time tertiary study in a discipline area<br />

demonstrably relevant to the career path pursued by the applicant, or other studies and work experience<br />

considered equivalent by the University.<br />

Course Structure<br />

The structure of this course is comprised of units from three strands of study, namely Education Studies,<br />

Curriculum Studies, and Professional Practice.<br />

Students must complete 72 credit points of Education Studies, 72 credit points of Curriculum Studies and<br />

48 credit points of Professional Practice.<br />
