ABSTRACT
After doing the research, and based on the results of the same according to the
survey tools, and the needs of the ISSPOL Benefits Department concluded that
the department requires the implementation of a Management System of Quality
management processes by fully manage each of the activities performed by the
Department, through this management must design, model, organize, document
and continuously optimize each of the activities of the Department of Benefits
“Instituto de Seguridad Social de la Policía Nacional ISSPOL. Being ISO
9001:2008 system based quality management as it is an international standard that
focuses on all elements of quality management with an organization must have to
have an effective system that allows you to standardize processes.
