El Tesorero debe: • Revisar los registros ingresados al Sistema de Pagos Interbancarios del Banco Central. • Autorizar en el SPI del Banco Central las transferencias registradas por la Secretaria de la Dirección Económica Financiera. • Revisar en el Portal del Banco Central del Ecuador en Registros Históricos las transferencias rechazadas por inconsistencia de número de cédula o cuenta bancaria no activa. • Remitir los rechazos a los Jefes Departamentales correspondientes para su nuevo registro y reenvío para el pago. • Imprimir los archivos autorizados y adjuntar en cada uno los trámites de pago. • Remitir los archivos anteriores al Jefe de Contabilidad. 8
