1. Reanimatie<br />
Alarmeer en controleer<br />
• Gecollabeerde patiënt → registreer tijdstip.<br />
• Neem leiding en alarmeer hulp.<br />
• Controleer:<br />
bewustzijn (aanspreken, schudden aan schouder);<br />
ademweg (head tilt, chin lift, jaw thrust, geef O 2 );<br />
ademhaling (look, listen, feel max. 10 sec).<br />
Beslis<br />
• Geen ademhaling → CPR.<br />
• Normale ademhaling → zie hoofdstuk 2.<br />
• Reanimatiebeleid (onduidelijk? → reanimeren).<br />
Cardiopulmonale reanimatie<br />
• Start 30 compressies en 2 beademingen en sein reanimatieteam.<br />
• Druk midden borstkas, 45 cm diep, frequentie 100 x/min.<br />
• Check veiligheid: mond op mondbescherming (bv. ResCue Key) of ballonkap<br />
en O 2.<br />
• Hoofd naar achter, kin naar voren, neus met duim en indexvinger dichtknijpen,<br />
één beademing per seconde.<br />
• Ga door CPR 30:2 tot aankomst reanimatieteam of totdat patiënt zelf<br />
ademhaalt.<br />
• Laat zuurstof, uitzuigapparatuur en infuusmateriaal halen (zit in<br />
reanimatie kar).<br />
• Bij aankomst reanimatieteam → ALS (zie § 1.2).<br />
1.2 Advanced life support<br />
Aankomst reanimatieteam<br />
• Continueer BLS (CPR 30:2).<br />
• Sluit monitor aan (Defipads).<br />
• Analyseer hartritme (QUICKLOOK): VF/VT of asystolie/PEA?<br />
