He has over 20 years of diplomatic experience in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran during which he served as senior diplomat in Asia, Africa, North America and Europe. His research interests are political theory, international relations and political history. Helyeh Doutaghi received her LLM degree in Transnational Law from King's College London, UK in 2016, after completing her B.A. Honours in Law and Political Science at Carleton University, Canada in 2015.
