Berufsbildungswerk <strong>Bremen</strong> GmbH<br />
Die Berufsbildungswerk <strong>Bremen</strong> GmbH (BBW <strong>Bremen</strong>) ist seit<br />
über 40 Jahren die erste Adresse für Ausbildung gehandicapter<br />
Menschen im Land <strong>Bremen</strong>. Zum Erfolgskonzept gehören die<br />
individuelle Förderung und Ausbildung in zukunftsweisenden<br />
Berufen auf höchstem Niveau und die Zusammenarbeit mit<br />
namhaften Kooperationspartnern in der Metropolregion. Dabei<br />
setzt das BBW <strong>Bremen</strong> in besonderem Maße auf die vielfältigen<br />
Integrations chancen, die das Land <strong>Bremen</strong> als Logistikstandort hat,<br />
und bietet seine Leistungen seit 2018 auch am Standort Bremerhaven<br />
bedarfsorientiert an. 80 Prozent der Absolventen erhielten<br />
un mittelbar nach ihrer Ausbildung einen Arbeitsplatz.<br />
Für die hohe Qualität der Ausbildung sprechen auch zahlreiche<br />
Ehrungen der Karl-Nix-Stiftung. Die Stiftung zeichnet jährlich die<br />
Jahrgangsbesten aus verschiedenen Schulstufen und Ausbildungsbereichen<br />
aus – im Jahr 2018 erstmals vier Auszubildende<br />
des BBW <strong>Bremen</strong>. Damit konnte das BBW <strong>Bremen</strong> seine Spitzen -<br />
position im Firmenranking der Karl-Nix-Stiftung als ausgezeich -<br />
neter Ausbildungsbetrieb untermauern.<br />
The Berufsbildungswerk <strong>Bremen</strong> GmbH (BBW <strong>Bremen</strong>) is a<br />
vocational training centre that has been the first address for training<br />
disabled people in <strong>Bremen</strong> for more than 40 years. Its success<br />
comes among others from providing a high standard of individual<br />
support and training in trendsetting vocations and from cooper -<br />
ating closely with renowned cooperation partners in the Metro -<br />
politan Region. In particular, BBW <strong>Bremen</strong> advocates the wide<br />
range of integration opportunities that <strong>Bremen</strong> has as a logistics<br />
location; since 2018 it has also offered its services in Bremerhaven<br />
on a needs-oriented basis. 80 percent of trainees graduating from<br />
BBW find a job as soon as they finish their training.<br />
Numerous awards from the Karl Nix Foundation also bear witness<br />
to the high quality of training at BBW. Every year, the Foundation<br />
presents awards to the top graduates from various levels of<br />
schooling and training. For the first time, in 2018 these included<br />
four trainees from BBW <strong>Bremen</strong>. BBW <strong>Bremen</strong> has thus under -<br />
lined its leading position in the Karl Nix Foundation ranking as an<br />
excellent training organisation.<br />
