112 Timeless Rapture
And gain effortless realization
Of the deities’ forms and of Great Seal.
I dedicate the merit I’ve cultivated in the three times
To all beings’ great awakening.
Accompanying Yöngom a short distance on his trading journey, Sangyé
Nyentön responded to his request for teaching with this song:
Precious treasure of victors’ enlightenment,
Radiant lamp that dissipates the darkness of ignorance,
Lord of the Teachings, who spontaneously accomplishes pure goals
for yourself and others,
May your enlightened mind make everything auspicious.
Know that the mind that joins luminosity and the deity’s form
To the body of ripened karma
Has no cause for sickness or death.
When breathing stops at death,
The pain at life’s end is naturally purified.
Luminosity and the deity’s form merge;
The object of meditation and the meditator are released in their
own ground.
