288 Timeless Rapture
And wandered through the victors’ pure lands in the ten directions.
Lord of awakening’s tenth stage, to you I pray.
The eighty accomplished masters visibly visited you,
Stayed for three days, and granted you empowerments and sacred
Teaching.
They spoke prophecies, then left, flying through the sky.
Foremost child of the victors, to you I pray.
Your realization of the unborn state was continual, during and after
meditation.
You saw phenomena lucidly, like the moon on water.
You gained empowerment and mastered the six forms of
clairvoyance—
You perfected transcendent knowledge; to you I pray.
When thirteen bolts of lightning struck your body,
It became a flaming meteorite, adorned with flowers.
You sent back the dakinis’ envoys and consecrated your body as
indestructible
To guide your disciples; to you I pray.
Encouraged by the Goddess and noxious spirits,
When you received the materials for [a statue],
Awakened Protector’s emanation sculpted the image then actually dissolved
into it,
Making the Protector’s self-manifest statue; to you I pray.
“You have engendered unlimited devotion toward great Buddha Vajra
Bearer
And will thereby attain manifest awakening.
I too will bless you in the future.”
Sukasiddhi clearly told you this; to you I pray.
“Whoever sees you, hears your voice, or brings you to mind
Will never fall back into the wheel of life
And will be reborn as your disciple-child.”
Your master and deities repeatedly foretold this; to you I pray.
