Ripening the fruit of the two accomplishments.
Kyergang-pa, Venerable Chökyi Sengé, to you I pray.
In Land of the Exalted, you were Prajna-varma and other masters,
Both famous and hidden adepts.
Your many emanations guided infinite numbers of disciples.
Lord of compassion, I bow my head to you.
In China, you led those of wrong conduct to the Teachings.
You gave instruction in cause and effect, emptiness, and compassion
To tramen spirits and monkeys, according to their needs.
Creator of manifestations suitable to others’ needs, to you I pray.
Powerful All-Seeing One nurtured you in all your lifetimes;
You spontaneously accomplished the two goals.
Here in the Himalayan region as well, your many manifestations
Accomplished exalted enlightened activity; to you I pray.
Lord protector of beings, you were born in central Tibet.
You took renunciant’s vows and learned the discourses in Kyergang,
from the omniscient master Bal.
In Lubuk, from the accomplished master Chégom,
You received exalted maturing and liberating instructions; to you
I pray.
You meditated during three and a half years of hardship.
Great Compassion and Slayer of Lord of Death
Showed you their face and blessed you,
Staying with you forever; to you I pray.
From Tsagom Penpuk-pa, you received the complete instructions
Of Réchungpa’s and Lord [Atisha]’s lineages.
Events led you to directly realize your own mind
As the unborn body of ultimate enlightenment; to you I pray.
When you met noble Mokchok-pa, Awakened Protector greeted you
and became your servant.
You were entrusted with the single-disciple lineage;
