362 Timeless Rapture
You replicated holy persons’ lives of freedom; to you I pray.
In the secluded retreat at Tsadra Rinchen Drak,
You planted the victory banner of single-minded meditation.
You performed the activity of teaching and composing the
transmissions you received,
Thus spontaneously accomplishing both goals; to you I pray.
As directed clearly by the vajra scriptures,
You made sacred images of the Héruka’s body, speech, and mind
To create benefit for others
For as long as the doctrine lasts; to you I pray.
By the force of my devotion and by infallible interdependent
connections,
May I never be separated from you, illustrious, sublime spiritual
master.
May we meet in the celestial realms’ grand city
And reach Vajrasattva’s supreme domain!
May your three mysteries remain as firm as vajras
And may you always make the vast and profound teachings resound,
Bringing us all to the destination of all excellent paths.
May our wishes meet with brilliant, glorious, virtuous, and
spontaneous success!
When an individual untouched by even the faintest fraction of praiseworthy
noble qualities writes such praises to himself, this amounts to the
despicable custom of fools. However, so as not to refuse the urgent request
of the diligent meditator and holy spiritual master Péma Norbu, I, a man
with three concerns, 62 Yönten Gyatso, wrote this by my own hand. May
the doctrine’s excellent virtue increase!
