184 Timeless Rapture
Eating the food of inner heat nurtures the young body of bliss and
emptiness.
Wearing the clothes of inner heat makes heat and bliss blaze
unbearably.
Sitting on its seat and riding its horse allow you to travel wherever
you wish.
This extraordinary practice is the enlightened intention of
uncommon, unsurpassable, sovereign tantras.
The path of devotion to the spiritual master makes what appears
arise as unreal.
Appearance-emptiness, the deity’s body, arises of itself; you see
whatever appears as magical illusion.
Although this is the essence of Illusory Body, there are few who can
really gain it.
The spiritual master, lord of accomplishment, has reached the core of
that experience.
When you are free from four undermining conditions, existence’s six
realms arise as a magical illusion.
When you apply the eight vital instructions and threefold directed
intent, you will know sickness and demons to be illusory.
Six collections of qualities arise and the knotted snake of reification
uncoils.
These [instructions] are nectar for beginners’ hearts.
To naturally grasp the appearances of supplementary delusion, you
employ instructions for the vital essence’s four empowerments.
If you can’t grasp dreams, nine unmistaken vital instructions allow
you to grasp [the appearances of] delusion upon meeting them.
Then you train spontaneously in the natural display [of dreams] by
means of the vital instructions of training, replication, and
transformation.
You will see the definite appearances of places and train in Lucid
Dream’s ultimate freedom—
Effortless, natural arising of the deity’s body and its ultimate
dissolution into clear light.
