<strong>Myths</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Beginning 31<br />

Adam and Eve, God created <strong>the</strong> male (Adam) before <strong>the</strong> appearance <strong>of</strong> vegetation<br />

and animals, and created Eve after those events.<br />

be <strong>the</strong> man and woman created on <strong>the</strong> sixth day <strong>of</strong> Creation. But if God created<br />

Adam on <strong>the</strong> third day (or second day) and he created man and woman in <strong>the</strong><br />

image <strong>of</strong> God on <strong>the</strong> sixth day, who were <strong>the</strong> first humans, Adam and Eve, or <strong>the</strong><br />

male and female from <strong>the</strong> sixth day? We will answer this question in our discussion<br />

<strong>of</strong> Myth #16.
