The ToxExpo Exhibition is located on the Second<br />

Level <strong>of</strong> the Convention Center. A map <strong>of</strong> the Exhibit<br />

Hall is located on pages 36–37. Exhibitor personnel may<br />

enter the hall one hour before the Exhibit Hall opens<br />

with appropriate identification. Poster presenters may<br />

enter the hall at the poster set-up times specified in the<br />

Event Calendar. ToxExpo Directories are available at<br />

Registration and just inside each entrance <strong>of</strong> the Exhibit<br />

Hall.<br />

New This Year: ToxExpo Time!<br />

In addition to the standard Exhibit Hall hours and poster<br />

presentation times, one hour <strong>of</strong> dedicated ToxExpo<br />

Time has been allotted in the scientific program for<br />

attendees to visit with exhibitors. ToxExpo Time will<br />

take place on Monday, March 7 from 1:00 PM–2:00 PM.<br />

2012 Exhibit Space Selection Meeting<br />

Exhibiting companies should plan on attending the<br />

2012 Space Selection Meeting on Tuesday, March 8, at<br />

4:45 PM in Room 156 on the First Level <strong>of</strong> the Convention<br />

Center.<br />

First Aid and Emergency Services at the<br />

Convention Center<br />

If an emergency should occur while at the Walter E.<br />

Washington Convention Center, proceed directly to the<br />

nearest house phone, located throughout the facility and in<br />

most meeting rooms, and dial 3333 for security. You will be<br />

connected directly to the 24-hour manned security department<br />

at the Convention Center. Dialing 202.249.3333 from your cell<br />

phone will also connect you directly to security.<br />

A First Aid room will be located in Exhibit Hall D and<br />

accessible from inside the hall and from the loading dock.<br />

Please note that in accordance with District <strong>of</strong> Columbia<br />

regulations, the First Aid Administrator is not permitted to<br />

dispense any medication.<br />

Food Services<br />

C<strong>of</strong>fee Breaks<br />

The exhibiting companies are pleased to sponsor<br />

complimentary c<strong>of</strong>fee in the Exhibit Hall between<br />

9:00 AM–10:00 AM Monday—Wednesday. See Exhibit Hall<br />

signage for locations.<br />

Concessions<br />

Concession stands are available in the Exhibit Hall Monday<br />

9:00 AM–4:30 PM and Tuesday and Wednesday from<br />

8:30 AM–4:30 PM. Breakfast and lunch items will be<br />

available for purchase, as well as c<strong>of</strong>fee, soda, bottled water,<br />

and snacks. Seating is available in the Concession areas in the<br />

Exhibit Hall. Please see the map on pages 36–37 for location.<br />

A full restaurant list may be found on page 32.<br />

Take a Break!<br />

Grab a bite! Check e-mail! Plenty <strong>of</strong> seating is available<br />

in the Wi-Fi Lounges in the Exhibit Hall where wireless<br />

Internet access is available. See map on pages 36–37 for<br />

location.<br />
