While the last 5 months of the academic year reflect 100% of the college’s emergency call
boxes working, during several other months the percentage working was below 90% (see Figure
3.5.3B). Leadership left the target intact for 2011-12 based on 2010-11 performance and
the expectation of continued 100% performance.
