Although more students are now eligible to register using eConnect, so many of the DCCCD’s
processes have migrated to eConnect that the system becomes sluggish during peak registration
which in turn discourages usage. The DCCCD information technology staff is working to correct this
problem by increasing eConnect’s capacity. Leadership left the target intact for 2011-12.
