Section 3 Concurrent Curricula Phase I - FunctionalNew ProcessThe Curriculum Status Validation Form (STVCSTS) has been added to theValidation Form Sub Menu [STVCSTA - STVDAYS] (*STDVALD1G).The Learner Module Validation Form (STVLMOD) has been added to theValidation Form Sub Menu [STVLEAV - STVMEET] (*STDVALD2E).New ProcessLearner Curriculum Conversion Process (SOPLCCV)This process will read the input population and run the curriculum conversionprocess. You must enter a valid ID or create a population selection to run thisprocess.The following parameters are used with this process.• Student Learner Module - Optional, Enter the student learner module code forthe conversion process. Valid values come from STVLMOD.• Term - Optional, Enter the term code for which records are to be processed.Valid values from STVTERM.• Learner ID - Optional, Enter the ID or IDs for the student(s) to be processed.• Application Code - Optional, Enter the application code for the populationselection.• Selection Identifier - Optional, Enter the selection ID for the populationselection.• Creator ID - Optional, Enter the creator ID for the population selection.• User ID - Optional, Enter the user ID for the population selection.• Rerun Conversion Indicator - Required, Enter Y to delete and rebuild curriculumrecords, or enter N to leave the records as they are. The default is N.• Report Type - Optional, Enter D to produce a detailed report or S to produce asummary report. The default is S.• Run Mode - Required, Enter A to run in Audit Mode or U to run in UpdateMode. The default is A.The detailed output indicates the ID and name of each Banner person whosecurriculum data has been converted, as well as how many records within eachmodule have been converted.
