Section 13 Problem ResolutionsOverallSOATEST (#86545)The auto format now works for the (Test) Taken field. The bevel on the stackedcanvas windows has been removed. The period on the Acom field tag has beenremoved. Resolved in Release 6.1.SOATEST (#86098)If an ID was less than nine characters in length, a Next Block could not beperformed from the Key Block unless you first used Tab or Enter to display the fullname. When SOATEST was called from another form, if the ID entered was less thannine characters, and a Next Block was immediately performed from the Key Block,the following error was displayed: "ERROR-A valid ID must be entered for this function.”These issues have been corrected. Resolved in Release 6.1.SOATEST andsrktes1.sql(#84939)Numeric test score ranges on STVTESC were not being enforced on SOATEST. Testscore ranges from 0.0 to 6.0 (for example) allowed the entry of the score 470 withoutdisplaying an error. Test score ranges from 200-800 (for example) allowed the entryof the score 3.5 without displaying an error. This has been corrected. Also, taperecords with test scores that are not within a range found on STVTESC are nowprevented from being loaded to SOATEST. Resolved in Release 6.1.SOATEST andsrktes1.sql(#83578)The Space key is now considered as a “special character”, and the space isrecognized on SOATEST as a valid alphanumeric character for a test score. Resolvedin Release 6.1.SOAXCUR (#83278)It was possible to update the Effective Term From field for the corresponding majorcode. This actually updated the SORCMJR_TERM_CODE_EFF field in the Major-Dependent Concentrations window of SOACURR. A major could mistakenly bedisabled or discontinued due to this situation. The Effective Term From field hasbeen made not updatable. Resolved in Release 6.1.SOQHOLD (#62598)When you are in SFAREGS and a student has a hold that prevents registration, youcan access SOQHOLD using the Search feature next to the Holds (Indicator).SOQHOLD will display the hold that is preventing registration. If you perform aRollback function and type in other IDs on SOQHOLD, you will now see any holdsfor those IDs. When you exit from SOQHOLD, the original ID will still be displayedon SFAREGS.
