Section 13 Problem ResolutionsAcademic History ModuleSHRASTD (#87522)When a student has no GPA hours, the academic standing for the end of term nowproperly reverts to the previous calculation, not the override. Resolved in Release6.1.SHRASTD (#88884)The correct term codes will now be printed on the report output and on the controlpage, and the academic standings will be updated correctly. Resolved in Release 6.1.SHREDIP (#87902)SHREDIP stops running with an error: “! *ERROR* Unprocessable line” whentranscripts contained multiple degree records. A new structure of list proceduresfor linked lists of record types has been added to correct this. Resolved in Release6.1.SHREDIY (#93030)The GPA was not printing properly in the flat file. The digits after the decimal pointwere not printing when they were zeroes. SHKCGPA has been modified to use twodigits, not six digits. The GPA will now be formatted properly when printed in theflat file. Resolved in Release 6.2.SHREDIY (#94155)Issues with the sediflt.dat file and the sedictl.dat file have been corrected.The control characters that were present in the sedictl.dat file have beenremoved, and the extra data reported on the ends of lines in the sediflt.dat fileno longer appear in the development database when the process is run. Resolved inRelease 6.2.SHREDIY (#94815)Inconsistent results that occurred in the SHREDIY output (sediflt.dat file) whena student had in-progress courses have been corrected. In cases where some coursesfor a term were graded and others remained in-progress, the courses had not beenprinting. Resolved in Release 6.2.SHREDIYA new GPA Format parameter has been added to the report for use with expandedGPA and credit hours values. This parameter is optional. Enter R to print roundedGPAs on the report or T to print truncated GPAs on the report.
