Section 3 Concurrent Curricula Phase I - FunctionalChanged Forms• I f the stvapdc_row.stvapdc_signf_ind field is set to Y, and thestvapdc_row.stvapdc_inst_acc_ind field is set to Y, then thedefault_csts value is changed to INSTACCEPT.• I f the stvapdc_row.stvapdc_signf_ind field is set to Y, and thestvapdc_row.stvapdc_stdn_acc_ind field is set to Y, then thedefault_csts value is changed to APPACCEPT.The Learner (General Student) field of study status code defaults toINPROGRESS.Recruit Prospect Information Form (SRARECR)This form has been modified for this enhancement.• The Primary Curriculum window and button have been removed. Curriculuminformation is now entered and displayed in the new Curriculum windowwhich is accessed by the Curricula tab.• The new Curriculum window has been added to the form.• The main window has been redesigned to include the new CurriculumSummary and Field of Study Summary blocks.• The Additional Information window has been removed. The information fromthat window is now displayed in the Recruit Data block of the main window.• The Withdrawal Institution window has been removed. The information fromthat window is now displayed in the Recruit Data block in the main window.• Database maintenance activity now calls the appropriate API for the modulebeing processed.• When the form is accessed, it sets the global LMOD_CODE equal to a value ofRECRUIT.• The form no longer updates the curriculum data. It calls the new CurriculumAPI to update curriculum fields.• The Options Menu has been updated to access the new Learner CurriculumQuery Form (SOILCUR) and the new Curriculum window.• The tabbed user interface design has been applied.• The processing for the form ensures that all corresponding data elements thatwere made nullable in the SRBRECR table are entered for 7.0.Quick Recruit Form (SRAQUIK)This form has been modified for this enhancement.• The curriculum data fields have been removed.• The main window has been redesigned to include the new Curriculum andField of Study mini-blocks.Student Release 7.0 January 200596 Release Guide Confidential
