If this checkbox is cleared, compliance will useany course the student has completed (history, transfer, in-progress, and planned)to attempt to meet this requirement.” Resolved in Release 7.0.Handbook (#97284)An erroneous reference to SMACRLT in Chapter 6 has been changed to SMACPRT.Resolved in Release 7.0.Handbook (#97520)The following text has been removed from Chapter 6:“Make sure that a print code exists on the Compliance Print Code ValidationForm (STVPRNT). This code is used to populate the DISPTEXT internal codein the WEBCAPP group on GTVSDAX. This code is in turn used for the printcode in CAPP for its display, including program, area, group, and rule text. Ifno code is designated, no text will print.”The DISPTEXT rule on GTVSDAX is no longer used with STVPRNT. TheSMAWCRL form now handles that processing. Resolved in Release 7.0.Handbook (#94137)Previously, the Student CAPP Handbook contained an inaccuracy related to StudentAttributes processing. On page 6-1 the handbook stated: "All of a student'sattributes, regardless of their effective term, are considered by compliance." Thehandbook has been edited to clarify that only those student attributes in effect as ofthe evaluation term on a compliance request will be considered during processing.Resolved in Release 6.2.FormsSMAAREA (#92893)The Copy function accessed via the Maintenance button in the Course/AttributeAttachment window now works properly.
