Save your changes.Creating a Secondary Curriculum with One Major and OneConcentrationUse the following steps to create a secondary curriculum record with one major andone concentration:1. Use Next Block or select the Curricula tab (from the main window ofSRARECR, SAAADMS, SGASTDN, SFAREGS, or SHADEGR) to access theCurriculum window.2. Enter curriculum data in the Curriculum block fields including:(a)(b)(c)Set the Priority field to a number at least one greater than the numberentered in example above for primary curriculum (for example, 3).Set the Program field to the code for your program.If the program entered allows multiple campuses, enter the correctcampus code in the Campus field.3. Use Next Block to access the Field of Study block.4. Enter field of study data in the Field of Study block fields including:(a) Set the Priority field to 1.(b)(c)Set the Type field to MAJOR.Use the default value in the Status field or select a different one.(d) Set the Field of Study field to the appropriate major code.5. Perform a Next Record or Insert function.6. Repeat Step 4 with the Priority field set to 1 and the Type field set toCONCENTRATION.7. If the concentration is attached to a major, then the Attached to Major field willbe enabled, and you can choose the major code for the major to which theconcentration is attached.8.
