Section 5 Common Matching - FunctionalData Loads Used with Matching Process9. The user will be automatically returned to SRIPREL. The match status willalways be Matched, as the person has now been created in Banner viaGOAMTCH. Continue with regular SRIPREL load processing.Electronic Prospect Match (SRRSRIN) and Migrate ElectronicProspects Process (SRRPREL)Users should review how Common Matching works with electronic prospectprocessing when using SRRSRIN and SRRPREL.SRRSRIN will not load recruits to Banner when the Auto Load (Skip Dup Chk)parameter is set to Y and data does not conform to API restrictions.When records with a matched (M) or new (N) status are flagged, the records willnot be loaded to Banner when the Auto Load (Skip Dup Chk) parameter is setto Y if information required to create the record (such as an address) isincomplete.SRRSRIN will now flag records with incomplete addresses or other incompleteinformation as having a status of suspense (S), and these suspended records willneed to be fixed manually on SRIPREL and/or GOAMTCH. It is very importantto fix the incorrect and/or missing information at this point, prior tocontinuing with the matching process. If the incomplete data is not corrected,SRRSRIN will fail.Note: SRRSRIN is the only process that generates records with a match status ofN in Banner 7.0.
