Section 13 Problem ResolutionsLocation Management ModuleSLARASG (#77756)SLARASG was allowing multiple entries of the same data for the same studentbeyond the designated room capacity. This has been corrected and uses the new APIprocessing to properly check the capacity, thereby preventing the room capacityfrom being exceeded if the same ID is used multiple times. Resolved in Release 7.0.SLARASG (#89111)You can now update the auto-calculated days/months/term values as you could inprevious versions of Banner. Resolved in Release 6.1.SLARASG (#66986)If the room rate that defaults from SLARDEF to SLARASG is changed to anothervalue, and then the assignment is subsequently inactivated, the room rate changesto the SLARDEF default when the record is saved. This causes confusion in billingprocesses when trying to reconstruct at what non-default rate a person was charged.Inactivating a room will no longer change the room rate. Resolved in Release 6.1.SLARASG (#81261)You can change the default room rate for the building (SLBBLDG_RRCD_CODE) or forthe room (SLBRDEF_RRCD_CODE) for an applicant. However, if the room statuschanges from one value to another, the updated room rate is replaced by the defaultroom rate. This can lead to incorrect re-assessments if the change in the room rateis not noticed. SLARASG has been corrected so that the room rate will not changewhen the room status changes from one value to another. Resolved in Release 6.1.SLARASG (#87309)If SLARDEF did not have a default room rate, and the rate was manually entered onSLARASG, when the room status was changed, the room rate disappeared, and therecord could not be saved.On SLARASG, when the room status is changed for a record and the room rate onSLARDEF for that room is NULL, the original rate on the record will now remain.The room status can now be changed to a valid status code that has a refund ruleattached to it on SLAASCD, and refunds will be processed accordingly. Resolved inRelease 6.1.SLARDEF (#80574)After you tabbed out of the Capacity and Maximum fields, the cursor disappeared.It should be visible in the Gender radio group and then in the Room Type radiogroup. The radio group options were not being highlighted to reflect the locationof the cursor. This has been corrected. Resolved in Release 7.0.SLARDEF (#84736)When free form comments were entered in the Comments Block, the entire line washighlighted and erased when the user typed a character in the last position of theline/field.
